Early RAPP
Brain Power Wellness teaches physical and mental brain breaks, mindfulness practices, and social emotional wellness strategies that support a positive classroom atmosphere. We partner with Teachers, Students, Parents, and Administrators to create a sustainable, healthy, happy and focused school environment.
What separates Brain Power Wellness is that our training combines all of the above into a dynamic, engaging and effective formal.

Early RAPP uses a healthy relationship training model to provide free and interactive prevention education to over 50 DOE Schools serving 6th-8th grade around New York City. Community Educators provide workshops to students, parents, school staff, and community organizations. Early RAPP services include:
